Chinese Formosa Oolong II Tea by Gurman's

This tea brand is already well-known and consumed for several centuries. Oolong has characteristics inherent both to green and black tea. Light fermentation is achieved with diligent handwork. After pouring boiled water over the tea buds and leaves, they unfold completely with their edges darker than the middle part, which is less affected by the fermentation process. Oolong is especially aromatic tea, the flavour of which reminds of a ripe peach.
